How COVID-19 is affecting Incognito Comics
This week has seen some big changes to the world and comic book space. Firstly we have to thank every single one of YOU! Every member of our fantastic comic community is truly amazing and we appreciate every single one of you.
What you need to know:
- We will continue to safely operate and send out orders - Currently we remain open and continue shipping orders out.
- Diamond Comics Distributors (DCD) (the main comics distributor for the world) has closed for the time being.
- this means that the New Releases that arrived today are the last lot for at least a couple of weeks. We will update you when they beginning distributing again.
- Due to DCD closure WE are working to send out ALL orders within the next few days. This includes orders that have pre-orders and we will do this at our own cost. Unfortunately we are do not have new release dates for pre-orders and would prefer you, our fantastic customers, receive your current books sooner rather than later.
- We have EXTENDED Free Shipping* on orders over $95 until end of April.
- Communicate with us - please. We know many of our community are feeling the effects of new regulations and please know that we are here to support you as well. The best way for us to do this is to talk to us. If you have a standing order and are concerned about work please contact us - we know you love comic books, but they are not always a priority.
- Standing Orders are on hold for the time being. We will be in contact with any customers who have current issues aside so that we can send them out to you.
- With the lack of new releases we will be able to work through our catalogue of back issues! We will continue with adding items to the website and create a NEW THIS WEEK folder to make the additions easier to find.
Finally - THANK-YOU
We are truly grateful for our fantastic community. Some of you are new, some of you have been with us from the beginning. We want all of you to know that we are here for the long haul and we are prepared to wait these delays, holds, pandemics and everything in-between out. We have many plans for the next couple of weeks and months and we hope all of you remain safe and healthy
