RETURNS & REFUNDS
Incognito Comics does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Should you wish to replace a comic due to change of mind, please contact us, however be mindful that all shipping will be at your own cost and Incognito Comics is not responsible for the comics or required to provide a replacement.
Incognito Comics will not accept returns due to damage caused by production fault, (i.e. improper binding, printing errors). We will replace the items when available; otherwise a refund will be given.
Incognito Comics does not accept returns for items with minor imperfection such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear. Unfortunately sending paper products through the post can result in minor wear. Marvel Comics now print many covers on low quality paper, which usually reach us with minor imperfections.
In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged in transit, please contact us for further information. Incognito Comics will not cover any items purchased without insurance for loss or damage.
We must be advised within 48 hrs of delivery of damaged goods, or within 30 days of faulty products. We will advise you on methods for you to return the product to us.
Incognito Comics reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the item(s) being restocked, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
By placing a pre-order with Incognito Comics, you are committing to purchase all the items selected, regardless of the date received. On sale dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Occasionally our supplier will fail to ship a title on a particular date and if this is the case, the in-stock portion of your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. The delayed item will be dispatched as soon as it arrives from our supplier. We are not able to remove delayed items from your order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to read the full description of the items purchased and to ask any questions prior to completing checkout. Some cover images may vary from the image on the original issue including but not limited to; variants, 2nd (multiple) printings, trade paperbacks. Incognito Comics will not accept returns for errors made in this area.
Incognito Comics is able to ship to every state in Australia. If you are unable to enter shipping details, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The vast majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours of being received. However, on rare occasions, delays of up to 10 working days can occur due to international shipping schedules. If this is the case, you will be notified via email.
All orders shipped within Australia will be sent via Australia Post. The cost of shipping will vary depending on whether you select standard or registered post and/or insurance. Incognito Comics recommends orders over $30 are insured for your benefit. If registered post is selected you will receive a tracking number to trace the progress of your order.
If you are an international customer, please contact us for a shipping quote. Transit times vary according on the destination country.
All international customers will be contacted AFTER they place their order with a postage quote for shipping to their selected country. This is based on the weight of the order. The order will not be billed until you contact us confirming the shipping cost. Please note: We will only hold your order for FIVE WORKING DAYS after sending a postage quote. At which point, if we have not heard back from you, we will cancel your order.
All parcels are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.
If any of the items you've ordered are out of stock, we will contact you via email and notify you of their stock status, with an estimate of when the items are due to arrive back in stock. You can elect to split your order, but please keep in mind that an additional postage charge may apply should you do so.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-orders items are dispatched once all items are available. If you’d like the in-stock items shipped out before the pre-order items are available, you’ll need to make two separate orders. We do not ship partial orders until all items are in-store. In the event that an order is shipped separately and a second invoice for additional shipping is required, Incognito Comics may charge a $5 administration fee.
IN STORE PICK UP
Incognito Comics offers in-store pick up at the store located in Cheltenham Victoria. Pick up can be made during opening hours. We ask you to confirm your order is ready for collection before arriving at the warehouse, or please be patient as we take the time to put your order together.
Phone orders may incur a handling/administration fee of $10 or 10% whichever is greater if Incognito Comics determines that the order is complex and/or is requested during a busy period.

Use Internet Banking to make a direct deposit into our bank account. Our bank account details will be included on the Payment Request which will be emailed to you when your order is ready to be billed.
Direct Bank Deposit
In Shopping Basket select (Direct Deposit & Bank Deposit) for payment method. Go to any NAB Bank branch and ask to make a cash deposit into our bank account. Our bank account details will be included on the Payment Request which will be emailed to you when your order is ready to be billed. Once you have made the deposit, email (email@example.com) the receipt to our office for confirmation of payment. Include your name and order number details.
