Price Match Policy

Our price match policy means that if you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item that's available for immediate purchase and delivery we'll beat it by 5%.

Advertised price must be from an Australian comic book retailer and excludes special quotes, stock liquidations, seconds, pre-order and commercial quantities, offers not available to the general public - including club or membership offers. Excludes products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites. Incognito Comics reserves the right to turn down products with pricing errors and with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.

The competitor price must be verified by Incognito Comics. Online price comparisons must include any delivery costs. Provide proof of the competitor's current advertisement or website address, showing the offer's end date and any terms and conditions. Please provide means to check and verify the lower price and availability of the product.

When assessing the advertised price from stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%. Once your price match request is verified, we will create an invoice link for you to purchase the product from us at the lower price.
