The last couple of years have seen a shift within the comic industry.

Over the last 6-12 months we've seen a steady decline in the interest of new release issues while also seeing an increase in our back issue catalogue. The same people are still buying some new comics, but far less than they were while also picking up back issues, hardcovers, omnibuses instead.

We have made the decision to stop ordering in New Release single issues. This will take effect at the end of June (some releases in July).

This will mean that we will have so much more time to devote to other areas including; Back Issues, Storage Solutions, Helping you find what you're looking for.

We've already begun cataloguing the Back Issues we've had in storage for more than 12 months! (You can find some of these under the Newly Added - Newly Added Back Issues tab on the website).

We ARE STILL OPEN as a comic shop (online 24/7). We just won't have the new release comics as they continue to increase in price (due to continual increases in distribution and international shipping costs) and decrease in the quality.

We love receiving and sorting out back issues. We're also expecting to be able to provide the back issues at a much better price than the new releases as you would have seen by our recent 50% OFF back issue sale.

We will continue to order new products such as the popular omnibuses, hardcovers and trade paperbacks. However we will be listing them on the website & social pages when they arrive in-store and are ready to ship out.

We know this is a big change and appreciate all the support we've had over the years as we have provided a wide range of new single issues. We hope to be able to continue to support you in your collecting needs with practical storage solutions and great back issues.

This is a decision we have made so that we can focus on areas of the business that are gaining more interest from customers.

Remember: We are STILL open online 24/7 as a comic shop, we just won't have the new release issues.
