Free Comic Book Day 2019

It is our favourite day of the year again and we are ready for another great celebration. Held on the first Saturday of May Free Comic Book Day 2019 will also be Star Wars Day - May the Fourth.
Free Comic Book day is about celebrating comic books with your local comic book shop. Each publisher produces a title (or 2) created specifically for FCBD. These are the books available for free on FCBD (so no, sorry, you don’t just get to pick up any book in the shop and get it for free). There are books for all ages and varying genres; something for everyone.
Each year thousands of stores all around the world have participated in Free Comic Book Day events and they give away thousands of comics to customers for free.
For 2019 we have a fun day planned. Every person who visits the store May 4th can choose 3 FCBD titles - no purchase required. And this is just the beginning!
- Arrive in cosplay and choose an extra FCBD title for free (that's 4 books FREE without purchase)
- For every $10* spent in-store choose an extra FCBD title - ie spend $30 and choose an extra 3 FCBD titles
- For every purchase over $10* on the day enter into our FCBD Raffle! (Posters, toys, comics, figures all ready to go to the winners!)
- Colouring competition for everyone under the age of 12
- Lucky dip door prizes (available to the first 100 customers)
- Games & trivia!
- For Standing Order customers we strongly recommend picking up your issues BEFORE May 4th. Pull list items will not be eligible for Discount on May 4th as this will disrupt the flow at checkout.
- To make up for this, any customers who are usually eligible for discounts (10% off new items or free shipping) you can choose 10 FCBD titles and select MORE if you visit and purchase items outside your regular standing order titles on May 4th.

As soon as you walk into Incognito Comics on FCBD you are eligible for 3 Free Comic Book Day Comics! You can come into the store and select any 3 books from the 50+ comics available on the FCBD shelf. You can collect an additional FCBD comic for every $10 you spend on the day (spend $50, pick up another 5 FCBD issues). You can select an additional issue if you are dressed in Cosplay.
The Cheltenham store will be open from 9:00am to 5:00pm on FCBD. We look forward to seeing you all on the day and hope you can make it down!

Online Customers - We haven't forgotten you!
For all our interstate and online customers, we don’t want you to miss out. So, this year we will allow customers to place Free Comic Book Day issues in their cart and you only need to pay shipping for your first 3 issues. Order 3 FCBD titles without having to purchase any other items, for each $10 spent choose an extra FCBD title. Spend $50* and you are eligible to choose 8 FCBD titles - 3 + 5x extra titles for spending $50. (Excludes shipping costs). If more titles are selected than you are eligible for, Incognito Comics reserves the right to choose which, if any, issues will be sent with your order.
Please note online copies are limited! As an extra incentive for customers they will receive DOUBLE REWARD POINTS for purchases placed May 4th. (Points are only awarded for dollar amounts spent - meaning $0 FCBD titles do not accrue Reward points).
Any orders placed that include Pre-order items will be sent once all items arrive in-store. Limit to a maximum 10 FCBD titles per online order. If 11 or more titles are selected Incognito Comics reserve the right to choose which titles will be sent.
