Nabu refuses to accept the judgement of the Lords of Order and Chaos; Sentinel and Fate visit members of the Justice Society in a quest to find eternal rest for the Nelsons; Nabu attempts to merge with Kent again but is permanently rebuffed. Flash and Sentinel convince the Spectre to plead at the gates of heaven for the Nelsons' admission; Fate returns home, where the Phantom Stranger tells him that he has passed all his initial tests and warns him of challenges to come.
