ZERO HOUR's catastrophic effects on L.E.G.I.O.N. bring the series to a close in this extra-sized last issue. Time storms require Dox's attention when they point out an alien spacecraft, which trashes the space dock. Meanwhile, Dox's ambitious offspring seizes control of L.E.G.I.O.N. and orders his arrest along with Phase, Stealth, Strata and Lobo. Plus, this finale brings a wedding, a showdown and guest star Jo Nah of the Legion of Super-Heroes as he prepares to take Phase back to the 30th century.
