Twenty years ago, the Acacians recruited teenager Matt Williams of Earth to become a super-soldier in their cosmic fighting force. Now, Matt's sick of it, but going home is against the Acacians' rules. Matt doesn't care and, with the powers the aliens have given him, he doesn't have to play by any rules if he doesn't want to. So, THE GRIFFIN comes home, accompanied by an eight-foot-tall, banana-yellow sidekick - to family and friends who believed he was dead these past twenty years, pursued by Acacian agents determined to bring him back, or see him destroyed! THE GRIFFIN (parts of which, now totally revised, were originally published in black-and-white by Slave Labor Graphics) is created by writer Dan Vado and artist Norman Felchle and features the inking of Mark McKenna and coloring of Steve Oliff and his Olyoptics computer crew. Painted cover by Matt Wagner. Prestige Format.
